During this Town Hall Meeting, we will be answering questions about the proposed changes to the HPC Constitution and Bylaws. There will be a total of six of these Town Hall Meetings. You do not need to attend every one, but if you are a member, we highly recommend you attend one of them, so you can be prepared to vote on them at our next congregational meeting.
