The Facilities Assistant is responsible for consistent excellence in facilities care, including routine maintenance, set-ups and tear downs, cleaning, and other tasks which serve the needs of the church and school. MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) ministry starts at High Point Church on September 21, 2023. This is an important role as it allows moms of young children time to grow in their faith and provides them an opportunity for fellowship and connection with other Moms in the same season of life. Meetings will be held every other Thursday with childcare hours from 8:40-11:15am. This can be a paid (or volunteer) position at $15 per hour ($10/hr for minors). The childcare worker's role will involve setting up rooms prior to drop off, helping children with a weekly activity/ craft, reading a Bible story, offering a healthy snack, supervising free play, and cleaning up.
