Outdoor Baptisms

The location for our outdoor baptisms has changed! We were going to be on Lake Waubesa this upcoming Sunday—unfortunately, the water level on the lake is low and the water is mucky. Instead of being baptized in the muck, we're going to have the outdoor baptisms this Sunday after the outdoor lobby, outside of High Point Church on the East Lawn, at 12:45pm.



Here are a couple of things to remember if you plan to join us:

1. There won't be any lunch provided at the baptisms, but you are encouraged to bring a dessert to share. If you need lunch, either eat before coming or bring a lunch.
2. Bring something to sit on. There will be a few chairs, but not enough for everybody. Bring a folding chair, picnic blanket, three-legged stool, upside-down bucket, or other sitting device if you know you'll want one.
3. It's going to be hot and sunny out, with limited shade. We are planning to have a couple of tents available, but they won't fit everybody. Bring whatever you need to protect yourself from the sun.
4. We'll be singing some worship songs together. Here's a link to the lyrics of those songs.
