All-Church BBQ

Our All-Church BBQ will be held on Sunday, September 8th from 10am-2pm! We will eat a delicious meal together on the East Lawn and celebrate our Christian community as a church while supporting our Student Ministry, LIFT. Every meal sold directly contributes to our mission of disciplining the teens in our ministry. Last year's BBQ helped us send more students than ever before on gospel-centered retreats, where they encountered God in powerful ways and built lasting friendships. It also supported our Wednesday night ministry and Summer Missions program, each of which saw increasing fruit for God's kingdom.

• Tickets are $10 for a BBQ meal and $5 for a hotdog meal with a $40 max per family, along with $1 dunk tank tickets, and if you're a college student, your ticket will be paid for! If it would not be financially responsible for you to purchase tickets, we'd still love for you to join us, just go to the front desk for a scholarship ticket, no questions asked. It’s cash and check only, so come prepared. 

The funds raised from this year's BBQ will provide for the same programs and ensure that finances are not a barrier to encountering God's love and grace for young people in Madison. Your participation isn't just about enjoying a fun day out - it's about investing in the future of our church and empowering the next generation to grow in their faith. We encourage all youth families to get involved - whether it's volunteering your time, donating drinks, or inviting a friend. Together, we can make this year's BBQ even more impactful and provide new opportunities for growth and connection. So, mark your calendars, and get ready to have a blast for the glory of God! 

At High Point, we intentionally don’t have a college aged ministry because there are already so many great ones on campus. However, we do believe being connected to a local church is still an important part of having a vibrant faith while in college. So if you’re a college student, we want to specially invite you to our All Church BBQ, and to join us at our College Tables, a special area under the tent where we want to connect with you, introduce you to other students and High Pointers, and help you feel connected to High Point as your local church, whether or not you’re already connected to a local campus ministry as well. Your ticket will be paid for, too.
