Katrina Boyd
Office Administrator
I have been a Christian all my remembered life and a valued member of High Point Church since 2000, when I first began attending as a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I worked a decade ago for five years on the HPC Staff Team, left to stay home with children, and now have boomeranged to currently serve as HPC’s Office Administrator. In my role, I'm responsible for organizing and scheduling the numerous events that take place at the church, helping manage the church's finances, and providing the familiar voice you hear when calling High Point.
A former 4-year member of the UW-Madison Marching Band, my time at the university extended beyond my Bachelor's degree. I went on to complete a Master's in Public Health, focusing on Community Health Education. My passion for both education and community service is evident in my professional and personal life as I advocate for my older daughter who was born with Cystic Fibrosis.
I have been married for 20+ years to Brooks Boyd, a previous Elder at High Point Church, and together we have two teenage girls. I also serve as the Special Needs Coordinator for Lift (the student ministry), and volunteer at the lobby KidsMin kiosk, greeting new families on Sunday mornings.
Balancing family life, work, and my role within the church keeps my life full of excitement and activity. Whether I'm coordinating events at the church, supporting my children, or enjoying family time, my dedication and enthusiasm shine through in all I do!
